Toyota Reveals New Iconography for Europe
Toyota hopes that a logo and typography overhaul will help solidify its brand as a mobility provider in the minds of European consumers. The logo and typography overhaul is an attempt to visualize Toyota's transition from a car maker to a mobility company. He says the redesigns were developed for an increasingly diverse customer base who “reaches out to Toyota for an ever-expanding range of mobility products and services” beyond just car buying. The new logo will be applied in all media, while the current logo will continue to be used for Toyota vehicles. The retailer's current signage will also remain in place and will be considered in the Toyota 2025 Network Strategy.
